The rules, fully transparent
- Points are calculated on the value of the products after discounts, excluding delivery charges.
- They are credited as soon as the order is paid, and can be seen under “My loyalty points” in your account.
- Each voucher is personal, single-use, valid for 180 days, and applied automatically to your next basket.
- Your vouchers can be combined with free delivery on orders of €39 or more.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding points are deducted.
