About a quarter of an hour, including drying time: 1 minute of gel, an oil massage, a wipe of remover and 2 coats of polish that dry in 4 to 5 minutes.
An Express Cuticle Exfoliating Gel (7.5 ml), a Nail & Cuticle Nourishing Oil (7.5 ml), a Vitamin Treatment Polish with a glossy pink finish (7.5 ml) and a gentle acetone-free nail polish remover (60 ml).
To degrease the nail plate just before polishing: the polish adheres better and lasts longer, while the cuticles stay nourished by the oil.
Once a week is enough to keep a neat outline and well-groomed nails — that's the frequency intended for the exfoliating gel.
